Hear the sound of the ocean!
The Trondheim Symphony Orchestra´s Thursday Concert is an annual festival favorite. This year, the sea is the unifying theme, from Ravel and Debussy’s vivid and dramatic seascapes to festival composer Tjøgersen’s Pelagic Dreamscape, a tribute to the ocean’s unique wildlife. Threatened fish and bird species are given a voice in the concert. The festival also champions another “endangered species” – the viola – performed by world star Antoine Tamestit.
